Below we have listed an Essential Oil Chart to be used as an informative reference only, this does not cover all essential oils available or all conditions suffered – only the most common. Application differs between oils so please research further into the oil use once you have made your selection.
It is important to carry out spot checks first prior to using essential oils to ensure you do not have an adverse reaction to the chemical. Once the spot check is complete please follow the label instructions to ensure you are safely diluting the oil for therapeutic use. Applications can be one or two drops of essential oil diffused into a teaspoon of carrier oil then massaged into the problem area (do not apply to open wounds, eyes or internal areas.) A few drops can be diluted into a warm bath for a slower and relaxing absorption into the respiratory systems and skin.
Please note the below chart is only to be used as a reference guide and should not be used to replace professional medical advice or care. If you are suffering from any serious illness that is causing on-going pain or discomfort please seek healthcare from your GP.
